Meet Md Khademul Islam Choyon

Md Khademul Islam Choyon is the Founder and Managing Partner of KIC Legal and an Advocate of the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
He has over a decade of experience advising domestic and international clients on corporate transactions, foreign investment, joint ventures, banking and finance, labour and employment, project development and dispute resolution. His work frequently involves complex transactions and business matters with cross-border elements.
Before founding KIC Legal, Choyon was a Senior Associate at Sattar&Co., a Bangladeshi law firm recognised by Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500. Earlier, he practised at Rahman’s Chambers, gaining experience in dispute resolution, foreign investment and business establishment matters involving international clients.
His experience spans aviation, energy, banking and finance, telecommunications, technology and manufacturing. He has also acted in arbitration and other proceedings, including matters before the Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre and sector-specific forums.
