Meet Sajid Hossain

Sajid Hossain is a Co-founder and Partner at KIC Legal, advising domestic and international clients on corporate, commercial and cross-border matters involving Bangladesh

Before co-founding KIC Legal, Sajid was an Associate at Sattar&Co., where he worked on M&A, investment transactions, infrastructure and energy projects, technology matters, financing and cross-border advisory mandates. His experience included work for or alongside multinational companies, international investors, diplomatic missions and overseas law firms.
Alongside private practice, Sajid is a part-time Lecturer at North South University. His interests include commercial law, technology, governance and public policy. He has written on data protection, artificial intelligence and legal practice, and international arbitration.
